Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales through effective communication and persuasion over the phone. You will engage with potential and existing customers, provide product or service information, address queries, and close sales while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries about products, services, or ongoing offers.

Sales Conversion: Persuade prospective customers to purchase by explaining the benefits and features of the product or service.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.

Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, previous conversations, and existing customers to generate repeat business.

Addressing Queries: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to team objectives.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for review by the manager.
