Job Description
IB Courier and Cargo LLP is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries, shipment tracking, complaint resolution, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced courier and logistics environment.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the committed turnaround time.
Provide accurate shipment status updates to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain Excel records for:Inbound shipments
- Outbound shipments
- Pending deliveries
- Complaint status
- Shipment exceptions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure all shipment documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
