Telecalling Executive

1. Lead Management

• Call all assigned leads received from digital campaigns, websites, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Qualify customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
• Update lead status in the CRM system.
• Ensure no lead remains unattended.

2. Site Visit Coordination

• Schedule site visits with interested customers.
• Coordinate appointments with the Sales Team.
• Send visit confirmations and reminders.
• Follow up after every site visit.

3. Customer Follow-up

• Maintain daily follow-up with prospects.
• Re-engage old and inactive leads.
• Convert enquiries into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain a follow-up calendar.

4. CRM Management

• Update all customer interactions in CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Track enquiry source and campaign details.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy.

5. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales Executives regarding appointments.
• Share customer requirements before meetings.
• Assist in documentation until booking stage.
• Support booking process when required.

6. Customer Service

• Respond to customer queries politely.
• Provide project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Maintain professional communication.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

7. Reporting

• Prepare Daily Calling Report.
• Submit Lead Conversion Report.
• Share Site Visit Report.
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly MIS.

8. Marketing Support

• Follow up on digital marketing leads.
• Contact campaign leads promptly.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Support promotional activities.
