Job Description:


  • Roles & Responsibilities: Resolving consumer grievances, issues and concerns via live calls.
  • Shift Window: 6 pm to 6 Am
  • Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week offs
  • Location: Airoli, Thane, Vashi


Salary Criteria:


  • Level 1 | 18k-25k + Variables and Incentives
  • Level 2 | 18k - 40k + Variables and incentives
