Job Description
A Big Bike Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and market share for premium, high-capacity motorcycles.
Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to maintain high product knowledge and exceptional customer service standards.
- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional or showroom sales quotas and maximize profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate relationships with premium bike buyers, organize community rides, and ensure top-tier post-sales support.
- Showroom & Inventory Management: Oversee the visual merchandising of the showroom, manage test-ride fleets, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Financing & Documentation: Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure easy EMI options for customers and ensure smooth loan processing.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, track sales metrics, and adjust pricing or marketing tactics accordingly
