Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller (Tent & Prefab Manufacturing Company)
Company: Deccan Prefab Systems (Degerman Structures Pvt Ltd)
Location: Bengaluru (Work from office)
Openings: 3
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 6 months – 3 years in telecalling / inside sales (freshers with good communication may apply)

Deccan Prefab Systems is a Bengaluru-based manufacturer of aluminium marquee tents, German hangar structures, and prefab systems. Our clients include event companies, resorts, warehouses, industries, and institutions across India. Quality mein NO samjhauta.
What you will do:
- Call new and existing business enquiries (B2B leads from IndiaMart, website, WhatsApp, and exhibitions)
- Understand customer requirement (tent size, location, purpose) and pass qualified leads to the sales team
- Follow up with customers on quotations and pending decisions
- Update every call and lead status in the company CRM daily
- Support the sales team with appointment booking and lead coordination
Language requirement (important):
- 2 openings: Hindi must (fluent speaking). English basic.
- 1 opening: Kannada must (fluent speaking). Hindi/English basic.
Who should apply:
- Female candidates preferred
- Clear, confident phone voice and polite manner
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel/CRM entry)
- Ability to handle 60–80 calls per day
- Located in Bengaluru or willing to commute to office
