Job Description
Spa Manager – Sloka Wellness Spa
📍 Location: Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and last drawn salary proof) + Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
Manage appointments, customer service, and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and supervise therapists and front office staff.
Drive sales, memberships, and monthly revenue targets.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and SOP compliance.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily operational reports.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of spa supplies.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a premium guest experience.
Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Salon Manager is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Experience in sales, team management, and spa operations.
Knowledge of spa booking/POS software is an added advantage.
