Marketing Executive

Aquvex Waterproofing is hiring a Field Marketing Executive to generate genuine customer leads in JP Nagar and nearby areas.

The employee will visit residential areas, speak politely with homeowners, identify properties facing terrace leakage, wall dampness, cracks, seepage, or waterproofing problems, and explain Aquvex’s free inspection service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned residential areas daily.

• Speak with homeowners, apartment representatives, security staff, contractors, and local contacts.

• Identify genuine waterproofing and leakage requirements.

• Collect the customer’s name, phone number, location, property type, and basic problem details.

• Take the customer’s permission before sharing their details with Aquvex.

• Help schedule free site inspections.

• Submit daily lead and area-visit reports through WhatsApp or the company app.

• Follow company scripts, pricing rules, and professional behaviour guidelines.

• Avoid giving technical commitments, quotations, discounts, or false promises to customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Kannada; basic English or Hindi is preferred.

• Comfortable travelling and working in the field.

• Polite, confident, disciplined, and presentable.

• Smartphone with WhatsApp and internet access.

• Two-wheeler is preferred but not compulsory.

• Freshers may apply; training will be provided.

• Candidates with field sales, real estate, construction, home services, insurance, telecom, or local marketing experience will be preferred.

Working Area:

JP Nagar and nearby areas in Bengaluru.

Salary:

₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance incentives.

Incentives will be provided for verified customer leads, confirmed inspection appointments, and successfully booked waterproofing projects.

High-performing employees may earn approximately ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month.

Job Type:

Full-time, field-based role.

Working Hours:

Approximately 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with weekly leave as per company policy.
