Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sell financial products (insurance) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
- Update customer records and database.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate degree (any discipline)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Salary: upto 30000 take home depending on current /previous salary
Other facilities:

- Experienced (Any Insurance Sales): Budget up to 25000 - 30000 in hand (depends on your last in hand & interview - hike will be provided)
