Job Description

Dear candidates,

We are hiring Export Documentation executive

Location - Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Salary - 20k-30k

Exp - 2-5yrs

1. PREPARE PRE SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS - INVOICE, PL, COO, BL, CHECKLIST FILLING, SHIPPING BILL GENERATION, BILL OF LADING, SI MENIFEST, INSURANCE ETC

2. FOLLOW UP WITH CHA & FORWARDER.

3. PREPARE POST SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS, BANK DOCUMENTS, BRC UPDATED

4. MIS REPORTS, DSR OF EACH SHIPMENTS.

5. GOVT. DOCS LIASONING FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMER FOR PAYMENTS, ORDERS AND RESOLVE IF ANY QUERRY GENERATED DURING SHIPMENTS.

6. GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT EXPORT INCOTERMS.

7. LC DOCUMENTATION, DISPOSAL DOCUMENTS.

8. CUSTOMER / VENDOR / FORWARDER LEDGER RECONCILATION.
