Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new FTL customers.
  • Develop and expand the company's FTL business.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FTL logistics sales and marketing.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new FTL customers and developing business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
