Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new FTL customers.
- Develop and expand the company's FTL business.
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FTL logistics sales and marketing.
- Proven experience in acquiring new FTL customers and developing business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
