Job Description

Sales Executive (Meta Ads & IndiaMART Leads)We are looking for a smart and responsible Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and convert leads into orders.

  • ResponsibilitiesHandle leads received from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
  • Handle IndiaMART inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Explain company products clearly and professionally.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Receive and process repeat orders from existing customers through WhatsApp.
  • Maintain customer details and order records.
  • Coordinate with the office team for smooth order processing.


  • Requirements


  • Graduate.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
  • Basic English reading and typing.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Web and MS Excel.
  • Honest, responsible and willing to learn.

  • Experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support or IndiaMART handling will be preferred.
