Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
  • Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in accounting software.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and petty cash records.
  • Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with the CA for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
  • Generate MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
  • Administration Responsibilities: Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and stationery records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and service requirements.
  • Handle courier services, travel arrangements, and office utility management.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR with documentation when required.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and office facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
