Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and petty cash records.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on receivables.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with the CA for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Generate MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Administration Responsibilities: Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and stationery records.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and service requirements.
- Handle courier services, travel arrangements, and office utility management.
- Maintain employee records and support HR with documentation when required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
- Coordinate housekeeping and office facility management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
