Job Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Follow-Up Executive (Female) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with clients for payments and order updates, maintaining coordination between the internal sales team and customers.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Regular follow-up with clients regarding pending payments
  • Coordination with clients on order updates, status & dispatch
  • Maintaining follow-up reports in Excel or CRM
  • Communicating professionally via phone, WhatsApp & email
  • Supporting sales team with client coordination
