Job description for the post of SO / DM / AM at SBI life Banashankari branch -
1. To recruit team of Insurance Advisors
2. To train LMs about products and services.
3. To support LMs infield and attend joint customer calls.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualification - Graduate with 1-5 years experience.
Requirements -
1. Good Communication Skills.
2. Good team building skills
3. Training and motivation capacity
4. Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes.
