Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and marketing leads.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from digital platforms, websites, and social media.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and ongoing offers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
  • Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
  • Address customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals.
  • Stay updated on project information, market trends, and competitor offerings.
