Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our premium Simple Energy electric scooters. If you have a passion for electric vehicles (EVs), excellent communication skills, and a knack for closing deals, we want you!
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers to the showroom, understand their requirements, and introduce them to Simple Energy EV models.
- Product Demonstrations: Explain the features, specifications, battery range, charging technology, and benefits of our electric two-wheelers.
- Test Rides: Arrange and conduct test rides for prospective buyers, ensuring a safe and premium experience.
- Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the booking, documentation, financing/loan options, and delivery process to close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with leads via calls/messages and build strong relationships to generate referrals.
- Requirements & SkillsExperience: 0 to 3 years in Showroom Sales, Retail Sales, Automobile Sales, or EV Sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome!).
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and a customer-first attitude.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) or a strong willingness to learn about battery tech and EV benefits.
- Assets: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
