CRO- Job Discription

A CRO in sales is responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products, and generating sales leadwhile maintaining positive customer relationships.

Job Summary

The CRO sales role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers to inform them about the Product offerings, address their queries, and persuade them to make purchases. 

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Sales Generation: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective 

communication and persuasion.

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest 

appropriate solutions.

• Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems) with accurate

 information regarding interactions and sales activities.
