Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sales, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into loan disbursements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment products.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
