About the RoleWe are looking for energetic, customer-friendly, and motivated individuals to join our Havells retail store team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about electrical appliances, lighting, fans, and consumer products.

Key Responsibilities·      Welcome and assist customers visiting the store

·      Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

·      Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits

·      Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets

·      Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store

·      Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked

·      Handle basic billing support and customer queries

·      Build positive relationships with customers

·      Follow store processes and company policies

Skills Required·      Good communication skills

·      Basic understanding of customer service

·      Positive attitude and willingness to learn

·      Team player with good interpersonal skills

·      Basic English and local language communication preferred

·      Ability to work in a retail environment and flexible timings

QualificationPUC / Any Graduate / Undergraduate
