• Attend customer support calls from home.

• Guide customers to troubleshoot issues with their EV bike.

• Coordinate with the nearest service team whenever required.

• Help customers resolve technical issues remotely.

• Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.


✅ Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or Relevant Field)

• Service Engineer / EV / Automobile Technical Support Experience Preferred

• Good Communication Skills

• Laptop/Desktop with Stable Internet Connection


⏰ Duty Hours:

• Day Shift

• 1 Day Weekly Off


💰 Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand
