Transport Coordinator / Sr. Transport Coordinator (Fleet Dispatch Officer)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professionals to manage day-to-day fleet operations, ensure efficient vehicle deployment, maximize fleet utilization, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency and passenger service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily fleet dispatch and vehicle allocation.
- Monitor vehicle movement, trip schedules, and driver assignments.
- Ensure optimum fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
- Maintain vehicle deployment records, trip logs, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan routes and schedules for timely service delivery.
- Track vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
- Handle operational issues, delays, breakdowns, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in fleet operations, transport coordination, dispatch, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle dispatch, route planning, and fleet management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in passenger transport or commercial fleet operations.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet monitoring tools.
- Data reporting and operational analysis skills.
- Team coordination and vendor management experience.
