🚨 Urgent Hiring – Team Leader (Field Sales) | BharatPe 🚨

📍 Location: Bangalore & Nearby Areas

💼 Position: Team Leader – Field Sales (EDC Machine Sales)

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 In-Hand

✅ Experience Required:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Handling experience in FinTech / BFSI / Payment Industry

• Experience in EDC, POS Machine, QR Code, UPI, Merchant Acquisition, or Financial Products sales

• Strong leadership and team management skills

👥 Team Requirement:

• Team Leader must have a team of 10–15 Field Sales Executives

• Experience in managing and driving field sales teams

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives

• Monitor daily field activities and productivity

• Support team in merchant acquisition and EDC machine installations

• Ensure team performance and business growth

• Conduct field visits and provide on-ground support

🎯 Age Limit: 25 to 50 Years
