We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Executive to oversee store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

• Eligibility CriteriaAge: 20–26 years
• Education: Hotel Management or Any Degree
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Shift TimingsBreak Shift:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Roles & ResponsibilitiesCheck and maintain daily store stock and inventory.
• Verify supplier bills and invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor daily cash collections and UPI transactions.
• Ensure proper billing records and cash reconciliation.
• Supervise and manage store staff, including attendance and daily operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor customer reviews across online platforms and respond appropriately.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints received through Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery platforms.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and coordinate with delivery partners when required.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key updates to management.
