Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive / Telesales Executive (Inbound)
Job Description:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website.
- Generate and qualify leads using online platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, Google.
- Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer information, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and track lead status and conversion rates.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
