We have supplied more than 4900 cooling towers in treated wood, fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP), reinforced concrete cement (RCC), and steel. Our services include cooling tower repair and reconstruction, as well as manufacturing, design, supply, erection, commissioning, and supply of various cooling tower parts such as FRP fans, GRP grids, treated wood, marine plywood, nozzles, flow control valves, fan stacks, and gearboxes.

Job description

• Taking exact measurements and planning layouts

• Operating blow torches, arcs and other welding equipment so that you can fuse various metals or thermoplastics

• Checking the welding machinery, electrical equipment and manual tools to ensure that they are in proper working order.

• Staying vigilant while carrying out various welding processes to ensure the heat remains at an appropriate temperature and does not adversely affect the materials they are welding together

• Ensuring compliance with the established industry specifications and safety standards for the welding work

• Welding small and large parts in various ground level, vertical and elevated positions

• Ensuring that the fabrication of welded parts should be free of any defects and as per the industry standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Gas cutting & Electric Welding

• Skills in general Welding techniques and practices

• 1+ Year of Experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and remotely
