Job Summary:
We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team at iPremium Care in HSR Layout. As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Apple customers, providing exceptional support, and converting service requests into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from Apple customers, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert service requests into paying customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless customer experience.
