Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Field Executive to support customer acquisition, site surveys, project execution, and government liaison activities for rooftop solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving leads, conducting site assessments, coordinating installations, and ensuring smooth project completion

Sales & Lead Generation   

· Conduct field visits to channel partners & residential customers.

·      Generate leads through referrals, door-to-door campaigns, channel partners, RWAs, and local associations.

·      Explain rooftop solar solutions, savings potential, subsidy benefits, and financing options.

·      Follow up with prospects and support conversion of leads into orders.

Desired Qualifications

·      Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.

·      Graduates with relevant solar sales or field operations experience may also apply.

·      1–4 years of experience in solar, electrical, telecom, insurance, consumer durables, or field sales.

Skills Required

·      Good communication and negotiation skills.

·      Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.

·      Problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Other Requirements

·   Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence.

· Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Weekly Off

One weekly off (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
