Job Alert for the role of Assistant Manager _ Operations


Must be strong in English Communication


Need the male candidates for the positions of Assistant Manager - Operations for Bathinda (Green city Square, Housefed Colony, Bathinda, Punjab, India), Ludhiana (Greenwood city Near MBD), Kota (near Fun City), Mumbai (near Zeeshan Cinema) for Cinema Industry.


Payroll - On role


Salary - Upto 30000 in hand + PF et cetera+ incentive.


Qualification - Any Graduation


Industry - QSR/Hotel/Hospitality


Timing - Shift rotational (9 hours)


Male only.


GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 


The purpose of this position is to assist the Unit Head in running Cinema Operations by being responsible for: 

1. Training & certifying 100% staff on all the tasks and processes 

2. Training & follow up on HK staff/ Agency to execute hygiene and cleanliness SOPs 

3. Increasing Customer Satisfaction

4. Executing all the SOPs as per company standards 

5. Increasing Club Cinepolis memberships 

6. Increasing in F&B Sales 

7. Controlling COGS
