🌞 We're Hiring | Solar Grid-Tie Inverters | Tamil Nadu
KVK Engineering is the authorised distributor of Selec Solar Grid-Tie Inverters for Tamil Nadu. We're growing fast and looking for a sharp, self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to build our business in TN.
📍 Location: Chennai
🏭 Product: Selec brand On-Grid Solar Inverters
💼 Role: B2B Channel Sales — EPC contractors and installers
What you'll do:
→ Identify & onboard EPC partners and potential delaers.
→ Drive Selec GTI sales for residential & commercial rooftop projects
→ Tap into PM Surya Ghar & TEDA scheme-driven opportunities
→ Build lasting channel relationships & hit monthly targets
What we're looking for:
✅ 1–4 years in solar / electrical / inverter product sales
✅ Existing connects with EPC contractors or electricians = big advantage
✅ Good communication in Tamil & English (Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam a bonus)
✅ Self-driven, field-ready, own two-wheeler
✅ Experience with DISCOM / net metering process is a plus
💰 Fixed salary + performance incentives + TA/DA
