Store & Dealer Channel Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and organized Store & Dealer Channel Coordinator to manage day-to-day store operations, build strong relationships with our dealer network, and handle our social media presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of field coordination, customer interaction, and digital marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Channel Management

• Coordinate with dealers/distributors for community and network joining
• Conduct verbal/on-ground marketing with dealers and local business communities
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to drive business growth

Social Media & Marketing

• Plan, create, and post content and ads on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Ensure consistent brand presence and timely posting across social channels
• Track basic engagement and report on social media performance

Store & Walk-in Customer Handling

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements
• Check stock availability and update customers on product status
• Coordinate with the team for further requirements or follow-ups if items are unavailable

Visitor Management

• Welcome visitors and ensure they fill out the visitor form
• Maintain visitor records and coordinate with relevant departments as needed
• RequirementsGood communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content posting
• Comfortable with in-person customer interaction and coordination
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally for dealer coordination (if applicable)
• Prior experience in retail, sales coordination, or marketing preferred but not mandatory
• Nice to HaveExperience in content creation/graphic design (Canva or similar tools)
• Prior experience working with a dealer/distributor network
