Multi-Product Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing
Job Title: Multi-Product Operations Manager
Reports To: Plant Director / General Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryManage operations across multiple parties, each with different products, prices, and weights. Ensure smooth production, accurate pricing, and timely delivery.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with multiple parties for different products, prices & weights
- Maintain party-wise product records (SKU, weight, price)
- Monitor production schedules across all product lines
- Validate invoices against party-wise pricing and weight specs
- Ensure food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI)
- Manage inventory party-wise (raw material to finished goods)
- Resolve pricing, weight, or quantity disputes with parties
- Prepare party-wise MIS reports
- QualificationsDegree in Food Technology, Operations, or Supply Chain
- 5–8 years in food manufacturing; 3+ years in multi-party role
- Proficient in ERP /Miracle / Excel
