**Role Overview:**

These are globally-focused hand tool manufacturing companies serving OEM, private label, and retail customers across the USA, Europe, and other international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content that highlights our manufacturing excellence, product innovation, and global reach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Content Creation & Strategy:**

  - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, company websites, and email marketing platforms.

  - Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

2. **Videography & Photography:**

  - Independently shoot high-quality video and photographic content that showcases factory operations, product lines, and innovative processes.

  - Create engaging reels, carousels, corporate videos, and advertisements that align with brand messaging.

3. **Video Editing & Graphic Design:**

  - Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut AI, and other similar platforms to edit and produce professional-grade videos and graphics.

  - Design visually appealing presentations and AI-enhanced visuals that maintain a premium global brand image.

4. **AI-Powered Content Production:**

  - Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway to enhance content creation and storytelling capabilities.

5. **Brand Building & Storytelling:**

  - Craft compelling stories and copy that effectively communicate technical manufacturing concepts to a diverse audience.

  - Develop content that builds brand authority, supports lead generation, and enhances international visibility.

6. **Social Media & Digital Growth:**

  - Implement strategies to grow social media presence and engagement across platforms.

  - Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future content strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, video editing, and graphic design.

- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut AI, and other content production tools.

- Strong understanding of AI-powered content tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway.

- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content.

- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within industrial products, manufacturing, exports, or engineering sectors is highly advantageous.

- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute content independently while maintaining a cohesive brand image.

- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and digital marketing.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
