About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Client Advisor to join us on a one-month On-Job Training (OJT) period, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role.

You will work across both CRM operations and field sales, gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update property listings on the CRM platform
• Generate and follow up on leads via website, social media, and calls
• Conduct site visits with potential buyers/tenants and assist in property tours
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients
• Negotiate and close property deals (sales, rentals, leasing)
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth transaction processing
• Meet defined sales targets within the OJT period

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within Indore
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Prior sales or real estate experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
• Fluency in Hindi and English

Compensation & Benefits:

OJT Month (Month 1)

• Fixed stipend of ₹5,000 + Incentive on each sale closed
• ₹10,000 bonus on achieving minimum 2 confirmed deals

Post-OJT (Month 2 onwards)

• Full-time employment with ₹10,000 fixed salary + Performance incentives

Probation & Confirmation

• Subject to company policies post-OJT conversion
• Performance evaluated on deal closures, client feedback, and CRM discipline
