Job SummaryKhandelwal Motors Suzuki is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to support our hiring process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with department heads, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate interview rounds.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms.
• Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Collect and verify candidate documents.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities for new employees.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies across all departments.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA HR preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Experience using job portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, or Naukri is preferred.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
