  • Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinating with clients and candidates
  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Experience in US IT recruitment
  • Strong communication skills
