Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis II/III to join our team at Flax Healthy Living, a premium brand known for promoting wellness through clean, natural ingredients. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered from our cloud kitchen outlets in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Summary:
• We are looking for a Commi Chef to support daily outlet operations by assembling, plating, reheating, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards as per SOPs.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and plate food items as per brand recipes & SOPs
• Reheat pre-prepared food using approved equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, utensils, and storage
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and FIFO practices
• Check expiry, portion control, and basic stock handling
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Coordinate with outlet manager during peak hours
• Requirements:
• 0–2 years of kitchen experience (cloud kitchen / QSR preferred)
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Education:
• Minimum 10th pass (Hotel Management a plus)Requirements
