Educational Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and enrolled students throughout their academic journey. The candidate will provide counseling on academic programs, support admissions, address student queries, and ensure a positive learning experience.

• Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on academic programs and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
• Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless student support.
• Resolve student queries related to courses, schedules, fees, and university processes.
• Achieve admission and student engagement targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or related qualification is an advantage).

• 0–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, Student Support, or Customer Relationship Management.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Salary₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
