Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Boy who can handle day-to-day office support activities and ensure smooth functioning of daily operations. The candidate should be polite, punctual, and able to speak and understand Hindi and Bengali fluently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
• Assist in handling courier and postal duties.
• Support administrative staff in routine tasks.
• Manage pantry stock and basic office supplies.
• Run small errands within or outside the office.
• Ensure conference rooms are neat and ready before meetings.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in Bengali, hindi and able to communicate in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
• Should be disciplined, reliable, and well-mannered.
• Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
