Job Description

Customer Support Executive – Inbound Process


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to water purifiers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and any one South Indian language, or
  • Fluency in any two South Indian languages.

Shift Timings:

  • Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
  • Working hours: 9 hours per day (including breaks), based on business requirements.

Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹16,000 per month
  • Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 per month

Overtime (OT):

  • ₹120 per hour

Eligibility:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
