• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain ledgers, journals, invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders whenever required.
• Support management by providing accurate financial data and timely reports for business decision-making.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
