Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented HVAC Sales & Project Engineer to manage the end-to-end process of HVAC projects. This role involves everything from the initial site survey and technical design to client negotiations and project handover.
- Key Responsibilities
- Site Surveys: Visit residential and commercial sites to assess space, structural constraints, and cooling requirements.
- Technical Design: Perform Heat Load Calculations to ensure the proposed system is efficient and appropriately sized.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and BODs (Basis of Design) for various projects.
- Sales & Quotations: Draft professional quotations and present them to clients, explaining the technical benefits of the proposed solution.
- Customer Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering technical queries and closing sales.
- Project Oversight: Ensure the installation team follows the design specifications during the execution phase.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of VRF/VRV, Split, Ducted, and Package units.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for BOQs) and Heat Load Calculation software (or manual ASHRAE methods). Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Communication: Fluent in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Local Language] to effectively negotiate with clients and vendors.
- Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 2–4] years in HVAC Sales or Project Management.
