JOB DESCRIPTION - CIVIL SITE ENGINEER 

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Location: T Nagar , Chennai

Experience Required: 0 to 3 years

Education Qualification: B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) - Civil / Relevant Engineering Discipline

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

·        Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.

·        Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

·        Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.

·        Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

·        Ensure adherence to safety standards and site safety compliance.

·        Handle client interactions and provide technical support during project execution.

·        Support sales team with technical presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

·        Identify business opportunities at site level and support revenue generation.

·        Ensure timely material procurement and inventory management.

·        Resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions on site.

 Experience Requirements 

·        Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction or related field.

·        Experience in handling client coordination and sales support activities.

·        Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.

·        Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.

·        Good communication and negotiation skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
