Sales & Marketing Manager

Winning Edge Properties is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, and closing sales while building strong customer relationships.

This is a full-time, field + office-based role suitable for candidates with prior sales experience and good communication skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for residential real estate projects
• Handle walk-in clients and explain project details clearly
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing deals
• Maintain basic sales reports and client records

• Channel sales & B2B business understanding
• Market knowledge and customer handling
• Enterprise & residential sales exposure
• Basic negotiation and closing skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MIN 12TH PASS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing (Real Estate preferred)
• Gender: Both male & female candidates can apply
• Industry Preference: Real Estate / Sales background
• Salary & Benefits:Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 (performance-based)
