Job Description

  • 1. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans.
  • Increase market share and product availability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution reach.
  • 2. Distributor ManagementAppoint and develop new distributors where required.
  • Monitor distributor ROI and profitability.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and inventory management.
  • Review distributor performance regularly.
  • Resolve distributor-related operational issues.
  • 3. Team ManagementLead, motivate, and guide Sales Officers, Sales Executives, and Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct regular market visits with team members.
  • Monitor field productivity and sales performance.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-job training.
  • Set KPIs and review performance against targets.
  • 4. Market ExecutionEnsure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
  • Monitor merchandising and branding activities.
  • Implement promotional schemes and trade programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies.
  • 5. Reporting & MISSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and competitor activities.
  • Monitor market intelligence and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/Field Sales Application.
  • 6. Collections & Commercial ControlEnsure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Monitor distributor claims and settlements.
  • Control credit limits and reduce overdue receivables.
  • Coordinate with finance for account reconciliation.
