Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor daily dispatch operations.

Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics team, and transporters for smooth dispatch.

Prepare dispatch schedules, delivery challans, invoices in SAP and required documentation.

Ensure timely loading, unloading, and movement of goods.

Track shipment status and update customers and internal teams.

Maintain dispatch records, reports, and logs for audit and compliance.

Verify packaging, labeling, and product accuracy before dispatch.

Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.

Maintain communication with drivers, vendors, and clients, logistics.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and company policies

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, logistics, and supply chain.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Sap businessProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).

Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Knowledge of transport documentation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch and logistics operations.

Experience working with manufacturing, FMCG, or trading companies is an advantage.
