Fashion Assistant

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Fashion Design & Production Assistant to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our workshop. The ideal candidate will coordinate with artisans, tailors, embroiderers, and vendors to ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and ensure all client orders are completed and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities will include Production Management, Workshop & Team Management, Quality Control, Client Order Coordination, Inventory & Materials, Vendor Coordination, Documentation & Reporting like  production trackers and order status reports etc. The candidate should have Strong understanding of garment construction and couture production processes, Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment finishing, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Good communication and coordination skills, High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualification

1. Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production
2. Experience in a fashion house, luxury couture label, or garment production unit.
3. Experience managing workshop teams and production timelines is preferred.
