Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients using cold calls, emails, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
Needs Assessment & Demos: Interview clients to understand their pain points and deliver compelling product or service presentations that solve those specific Need.
Negotiation & Closing: Address customer objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and secure the sale.
CRM Management: Track sales activities, log communications, and update account statuses using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Relationship Management: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, manage complaints, and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor pricing to anticipate market changes.
Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports to measure performance against quotas and forecast future revenue.
