Job Description
Hiring: Relationship Officer Home Loans
We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Sr. Relationship Manager – Home Loans with a leading financial services organization.
Locations: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 3 LPA
Experience: 1-2 Years (Home Loan / LAP Sales preferred)
Job Responsibilities
* Drive sales of Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market, DSA, and channel partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and real estate agents
* Generate leads via field sales, referrals, and local activities
* Handle end-to-end loan process from sourcing to disbursement
* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain healthy business pipeline
* Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
* Ensure proper documentation and customer service throughout the journey
Candidate Profile
* Graduate (Any stream)
* Minimum 1+ year experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / BFSI Sales
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Good network with builders / connectors / DSAs preferred
* Target-driven and field sales oriented
