Location: Lucknow

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job SummaryPacific Habitats India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating quality leads, coordinating with the Sales Manager, and ensuring smooth follow-up to support business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company projects/services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager for lead allocation, follow-ups, and customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into site visits or meetings.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• EligibilityMinimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or in a similar role.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the Sales Manager and team members.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
